五天环线，从苍洱一路走到川滇交界的泸沽湖。泸沽湖是这条线的重心——湖岸线约 80 公里，景区内没有观光车、也没有公共交通，环湖只能靠车。所以这里安排两晚，而不是当天来回。

A five-day loop from Dali’s lake-and-mountain country up to Lugu Lake on the Yunnan–Sichuan border. Lugu Lake is the centre of gravity: the shoreline runs about 80 km and there is no shuttle bus and no public transport inside the scenic area, so the loop road only works with a vehicle. That is why we give it two nights rather than a day trip.

路段与车程 Driving legs

从丽江出发比从大理出发近得多（高速约 3 小时，大理出发约 5 小时），所以行程把泸沽湖放在丽江之后。环湖公路悬崖路段与连续弯道多，不建议初到高原的自驾者自己开。 Lijiang is much the better jumping-off point than Dali (about 3 h by expressway against roughly 5 h), which is why Lugu Lake sits after Lijiang here. The loop road has cliff sections and continuous switchbacks — not a road to learn on.

何时去 When to go

泸沽湖极其吃天气——晴天与阴雨天的观感天差地别，出发前务必看预报，必要时我们可调整前后顺序。水性杨花 5–10 月可见、6–7 月最盛，上午坐船最好，下午多被风吹散。日出在大落水码头或格姆女神山顶最佳，日落看女神湾。走婚桥下的草海 6–7 月最绿，5 月偏枯黄。

Lugu Lake lives and dies by the weather — a clear day and an overcast one are barely the same place, so we watch the forecast and can reshuffle the order if needed. The floating water-lily blooms run May–October, peaking June–July, and are best from a boat in the morning before the wind scatters them. Sunrise is best from Daluoshui pier or the top of Gemu; sunset from Goddess Bay. The reed marsh under the Walking Marriage Bridge is greenest in June–July.

说明 Notes

第 3–4 天住湖畔尼赛村一带，索道就在旁边——下午玩西半圈，次日清早上山看日出，再走另外半圈，基本不走回头路。山顶猴子多，会抢手上的东西。

这条线不含玉龙雪山：五天里塞进雪山会把泸沽湖压缩成一日往返，得不偿失。想要雪山请看 4 天大理·丽江短环线或 7 天昆明·大理·丽江·泸沽湖经典环线；也可以加一天，我们按实际里程报价。

Nights 3 and 4 are lakeside near Nisai, right by the cable car — west half of the loop in the afternoon, up the mountain at dawn, then the other half, with almost no backtracking. Watch your belongings at the summit; the monkeys are bold.

This route does not include Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Fitting it into five days would squeeze Lugu Lake back into a day trip, which is the wrong trade.
