九天大环线，把云南从滇中盆地一路开到滇藏交界：昆明 (1,890 m) → 大理 (1,970 m) → 丽江 (2,400 m) → 香格里拉 (3,300 m) → 德钦飞来寺 (3,400 m)。海拔逐段抬升，是这条线最重要的设计——直飞香格里拉约五成游客会有高原反应，用车一段段爬上去要舒服得多。

A nine-day grand loop that climbs from the central Yunnan basin to the Tibetan border: Kunming (1,890 m) → Dali (1,970 m) → Lijiang (2,400 m) → Shangri-La (3,300 m) → Feilaisi near Deqin (3,400 m). The gradual altitude gain is the point — roughly half of visitors who fly straight into Shangri-La feel the altitude, and driving up in stages is far gentler.

丽江以北是连续盘山路，有落石与雨雪路段；高海拔发动机功率下降。这一段正是需要熟悉路况的本地司机的地方。 North of Lijiang the road is continuous switchbacks with rockfall and snow sections, and engines lose power at altitude — the leg where a driver who knows the road earns their keep.

何时去 When to go

日照金山（第 9 天清晨约 06:00 到飞来寺观景台）需要晴朗天气，晴冬、尤其 1 月初最稳；6–8 月梅里常年锁雾。普达措与纳帕海夏秋最美（7–8 月草原野花、10 月中旬起色彩最盛）。虎跳峡 4–11 月水量壮观，冬季枯水。玉龙雪山冬春积雪最厚。没有一个季节全占——想看日照金山选晴冬，想看草原湖泊选夏秋。

The golden sunrise on Meili (Day 9, at the Feilaisi deck around 06:00) needs a clear sky — a sunny winter morning, early January best; June–August the peak is usually clouded in. Pudacuo and Napahai peak in summer and autumn. Tiger Leaping Gorge runs strongest April–November. Jade Dragon Snow Mountain holds most snow in winter and spring. No single season wins everything, so we plan around what you most want to see.

说明 Notes

车上常备氧气瓶。第 8–9 天海拔最高、路程最长，如同行有老人或幼童，可改为在香格里拉多留一天、不去德钦，我们按实际里程调整报价。 We carry oxygen in the vehicle. Days 8–9 are the highest and longest; with older travellers or small children we can drop the Deqin leg for an extra day in Shangri-La and re-quote on the actual mileage.
